We collect your email address and password when you create an account. We also collect billing information through Stripe, though we never store your full card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe. We collect your digest preferences and timezone settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your email to send you account notifications and your daily CEF alert digests. We use your billing information to process subscription payments. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
3. Data Storage
Your account data is stored securely in Supabase. Payment data is handled by Stripe. Email delivery is handled by Resend. All providers maintain their own security and privacy standards.
4. Cookies
DivDip uses cookies solely for authentication purposes to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Third Party Services
We use the following third party services: Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for email delivery, and Polygon.io for market data. Each has their own privacy policy.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@divdip.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
